I stumbled across these guys at a particularly stressful time, and , wow, what a find. They have been kind, helpful, prompt and informative. They have endeavored to help me find a home and have alleviated much of the complication I had encountered before. Can't speak more highly of them. Forget the rest Brice is best!

I have used Brices for both buying and selling properties over the past 10 years. Their service has been exemplary. When coming to market properties, Brices have placed considerable effort into ensuring good numbers of prospective buyers are taken to view a property. I have dealt with all members of staff over the years, and I whole heartedly recommend utilising their services.

Jason is a top star! Friendly and welcoming made our move very easy. We were stuck between two flats they had and he offered a lot of advice and details about both flats to help us choose.

Brices have treated me really well, I don't see them as an agent so much as I do my babysitter for when things go wrong! Having only lived away from home for one and a half years I can honestly say they have baby sat me extremely well!

What I look for in a letting agent is someone that will actually manage my property and let me live my life. That is exactly what I got from Brice's. In my time with Brice's, letting my property was painless. When small things came up they just sorted it out for me, when large things came up they notified me and bent over backwards for me.
